Fees include business and ASIC registration, and the 6-month virtual address where applicable. Ongoing subscriptions (Xero, Zoho, phone number, domain renewal) are billed to you directly by those providers.

FAQs
Do you register my ABN, GST and TFN for me?
These are free government registrations you apply for yourself, in your own name - that keeps you in control of them. We make it effortless: we show you exactly what to select and why, walk you through it live on a call or with a short step-by-step video, and check it's right before you move on. What we handle directly, as your ASIC Registered Agent, is your company structure and business name registration.
Can I buy a package as a sole trader?
Yes. If you're not setting up a company, you pay the package price minus the company registration cost - we calculate it for you. You still get the accounts, brand, trading kit and plan.
How fast is it?
Fast, but paced so nothing is rushed. Most of your setup lands across the first few days, with the government-timed pieces (ABN, company, Director ID) arriving as the ATO and ASIC process them. You're trading on solid ground in days, not weeks.
Which package is right for me?
The Essentials covers the legal and financial basics plus your day-one trading kit and plan. The Launchpad adds the professional front-of-house (social graphics, extra email, socials, CRM, reminder calendar) most new businesses need in year one. What if I need to cancel partway through?
Business Foundation is non-refundable once your engagement begins - the work starts immediately across registration, accounts and brand, and much of it can't be un-done once underway. What we promise instead: if something in the setup isn't right, we fix it at no extra cost until it is.
Do I need to already know my structure (company vs sole trader)?
No. That's the first thing we work through together, based on how you plan to run and eventually grow or sell the business.
Do I need an accountant to register a company?
No. You can register a company yourself through ASIC, and that step is the straightforward part. What is worth getting right is the decision before it, whether a company is the right structure for your situation at all, and what has to be set up correctly around it: the right registrations in place, business and personal money separated from day one, and bookkeeping habits that stop small errors compounding. Those are the parts that cost real money to unwind later.
