These Website Terms of Use govern your use of commaadvisory.com.au and its subdomains (including score., cashflow., setup., operations. and advisors.commaadvisory.com.au) and any related sites, subdomains and online tools we operate (the "site"), operated by Comma Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 39699991109, ACN 699 991 109), trading as Comma Advisory. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Your engagement of any paid service is governed by our separate Terms & Conditions.

1. Information only - not advice

The content on this site, including any free assessment, score, profile, or calculator, is general information only. It is not personal financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice and does not take your circumstances into account. Obtain professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

2. Free tools and assessments - no professional relationship

Any score, result, or breakdown produced by a free tool (for example, a cashflow profile or readiness score) is an indicative, general result based only on the answers you give. It is not a valuation, a guarantee, or a recommendation. The paid Cashflow Management service and The Comma Score are governed by our Terms & Conditions.

  • No advisory relationship. Your use of this site, submission of diagnostic answers, or receipt of sample metrics does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, accounting, or legal relationship between you and Comma Advisory Pty Ltd or Hetas Pandya.
  • Self-assessment only. Interactive tools reflect your self-selected inputs against generalised operational benchmarks and do not evaluate your financial standing, creditworthiness, or legal structure. You must seek tailored advice from an Australian Legal Practitioner and Registered Tax Agent before taking any commercial action based on website materials.

You must not: (a) scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from this site using automated bots, spiders, or AI scraping software; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying mathematical logic or algorithms of The Comma Score or any online tool; (c) ingest or use site content to train, test, or fine-tune any machine learning or artificial intelligence model; or (d) republish, mirror, or commercialise any proprietary framework without our prior written consent.

6. No warranties

Nothing in these Website Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable consumer guarantee under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL). 2. Permitted limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or its tools is limited strictly to re-supplying the digital service or paying the cost of re-supplying the service.
